Check out my latest work for the Sherry-Netherland Hotel in NYC. The venerable doyenne of NYC Historic Hotels has revamped one suite with a decidedly more modern flair. With Central Park and Grand Army Plaza views, more than ever, there's something for everyone at 781 Fifth Ave.

NEW YORK YANKEES SIGN, SOTHEBY'S, NYC, 4.01.15
Anyone who knows me, knows my affinity for the Blue and Orange who play in Flushing, so it drips with irony that the great people at Sotheby's would ask me to go and photograph one of the key artifacts in their "New York" sale, which opens tonight at 1334 York Ave. Yes indeed, the Yankee Stadium sign, the very same that glowed the night Reggie Jackson hit his three home runs in the 1977 World Series, and many more great Yankee memories, Yada Yada Yada, where are you John Sterling when I need you? The individually letters are 12 Ft high and weigh over 300lbs. But one of the interesting tidbits of this sale is the fact that Mr October himself actually has provenance (a record of ownership) of the sign right now. So if you want to come and have a glass of wine and drop a cool half mil in Reggie's pocket, I'm sure in typical Yankee fashion he will give you a tip of his cap, and so will I.

END OF THE ROAD, 5 POINTZ, LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y., 11.30.14
5 Pointz: The Institute of Higher Burnin' or 5Pointz Aerosol Art Center, Inc., mainly referred to as simply 5 Pointz or 5Pointz, was an American mural space at 45–46 Davis Street in Long Island City, Queens, New York City, whose murals were exhibited mainly on the exterior walls of the building, drawn by artists from the world over. As of August 2014, 5 Pointz was in the process of being torn down and by November 2014 the building had been fully demolished, to be replaced by a condominium complex.

The Flowers, are a Louis XV Ormulu-mounted Sevres blue celeste porcelain Seau Crenele,.. so there! Its not everyday your photographs get placed next to Napoleon Bonaparte and Comtesse Du Barry !!
